Shipping & Returns

Our team is working around the clock to carefully pack and send your orders as soon as possible. Please see below for the shipping information. Shipping time can vary depending on which country you are located.

Due to the current global situation, it could take a bit longer for you to receive your order. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Time: Your shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days after you have placed your order. We are working hard to send your order as soon as we possibly can.
Europe: 1-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-15 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
If you have received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can report this to the insurance company. Any damage claims made after 48 hours of receipt will be refused.
Returns: We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay with. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Naturally, any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded.
